PINE BEACH PARADISE

The terrain is located next to 'Pine Beach Paradise' which spans 3.5 hectares, located just a few hundred meters from the beach and the charming town of Montalivet. Surrounded by stunning nature, it provides an ideal setting for both sports and relaxation.

The estate features well-maintained sanitary facilities with hot water, playgrounds for children, hammocks for quiet reading, a cozy lounge bar for evening drinks, and much more.

However, the standout feature of our estate lies in the opportunity to engage in a sea of action sports. Your tipi is situated right in the heart of the Action Sports Resort and only 500m from the beach. After a refreshing night's sleep and breakfast, you can easily imagine yourself as the next Tony Hawk or Kelly Slater with just a few steps.

CLIMATE 

The Gironde region benefits from a temperate maritime climate. The optimal travel period for this region is from May to October. During this time, you can expect pleasant temperatures and minimal precipitation. Anticipate an average of 25 degrees Celsius during the summer season.
