RELAXATION OPTIONS
Pine Beach Paradise is the perfect place to fully recharge. The calming wooded surroundings, sun-soaked beach, and our various relaxation options are the ingredients for a rejuvenating holiday. Reconnect with yourself through our yoga instructor, stroll barefoot along the beach, and enjoy the breathtaking night sky in the evening.
After an intense day and a satisfying meal, there's nothing better than indulging in the pleasures of the night. While the children enjoy their rest, we like to gather at the central lounge bar on the domain. The memories of many pleasant conversations accompanied by the sound of a guitar in the background will be cherished for a lifetime.
ME TIME
Parents also enjoy their own vacation moments. While mom and/or dad go surfing, participate in group lessons, or have a quiet dinner for two, an animation team is ready to engage with your little ones four times a week for 4 hours a day!
YOGA
Yoga is the perfect workout to simultaneously train your breathing, improve flexibility, strengthen your surf muscles, and enhance core stability!
We provide at least five one-hour yoga sessions weekly, offering a solid foundation for you to work on both before and after your surf sessions. Once you experience the beneficial effects of yoga, especially how it improves your surfing skills, that 'upward facing dog' will become an integral part of your routine!
Don't expect too much about chakras and spirituality, but rather informative sessions where you gain full control of your body, boosting flexibility, strength, and balance. Ideal for gearing up for your next surf session!
Five one-hour yoga sessions are included in the base price!
